The first number is how many studs there are, so you already have it. The second is how far apart they sit, in millimetres. On a 6 or 8 stud wheel, measure straight across, centre of one stud to centre of the one opposite. On a 5 stud wheel, measure from the centre of one stud to the far edge of the hole two along. It is often stamped on the back of the wheel that is on the truck now.
