Returns & Refunds

Return window — 30 days. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to return unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging. Once we approve the return, ship it back within 14 days. This covers everything except wheels, which are final sale — see below. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorization.

How to return. Returns are accepted by mail. Call (361) 334-0324 before shipping anything back so we can authorize the return.

Damaged or defective on arrival. If a product arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will replace it or refund it, with no restocking fee and at no cost to you. This covers wheels too: final sale means no returns for a change of mind, not for damage or a defect. Inspect every delivery before you accept it. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse it, note the damage with the driver, and call us — on freight that is the cleanest way to settle a claim. If you only find the damage after you open the box, call us within 72 hours of delivery: carriers accept concealed-damage claims after delivery, so signing for a parcel does not end your claim.

Refunds — within 7 business days. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Restocking fee — 25%. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the product price; we tell you the fee when we approve the return. There is no fee on an item that arrived damaged or defective. Tires and parts are ordered to your vehicle’s specifications and are not stock items, so a returned product has to be carried as inventory or returned to us.

Return shipping. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Wheels (rims) — final sale. Every wheel we sell, from every brand, is final sale: it cannot be returned for a change of mind, mounted or not. You can cancel a wheel order before it ships, less a 30% cancellation fee. A wheel that arrives damaged or defective is still covered: tell us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it with no fee. Packages. If you return part of a package, the lug nuts and TPMS sensors are no longer free, and the restocking fee applies to the items you return.

Used or installed products. Once a product has been mounted or otherwise used it cannot be returned. Any warranty the manufacturer offers still applies, on the manufacturer’s terms, and we will help you file a warranty claim.
